Popular Anthropology Magazine is a biannual online publication aimed at increasing public understanding and access to current research in the field of anthropology. More specifically, the magazine aims to raise popular awareness of anthropology's relevance to issues of public interest and explores the ways in which anthropology is learned as a discipline. The magazine follows a four-field approach and includes research articles and commentary on sociocultural anthropology, biological anthropology, archaeology and linguistics, as well as visual anthropology.
